My SIL has started to do hula hoop for exercise, and she is loving it. It took a few times to get back into not having it drop down, LOL! but is really liking it. I found some youtube video"s on different exercises you can do. Just wondering anyone doing this? I am thinking about getting one and having some fun and working out at the same time. Also, if you have one, is it weighted or not? Thanks!
