Does anyone have Express Scripts mail order pharmacy? Problems?

We have this through DH's job. For the past 6 to 9 months, things are going wrong constantly. Inexplicable delays in shipping, drugs not included in the shipment, conflcting info via letters and phone contacts. Anyone else experiencing this?
