My niece wanted me to try her CD's she had so much success. For one week did the first T-tapp CD and my muscle tone looked so improved especially in the legs and middle. Rebounding, some simple yoga and light 20 minute weight tape is my usual routine for a week but this single 19 minute workout 6 days in a row really kicked up inch loss.

Has anyone done this program for the long haul? Results and comments would be appreciated.

I recently saw that the creator of this exercise form had a PBS special.

This looks GREAT to me! There are some very negative reviews about the business side of it, but very few criticisms of the exercises themselves. I'm going to do some more research.....

Blast From The Past!!! Very circa 1996! Couple of friends enjoyed it....I was more of a Callanetics girl, at that time. Sounds like you found your niche!
