Just so everyone knows...this particular brand is not 100% Monk Fruit extract. It does contain dextrose, another sweetener. There are other Monk Fruit extracts that contain erythritol as well. The pure powder, 100% Monk Fruit extract, is so expensive that most people shy away from it.

Not only is pure Monk fruit extract expensive, the taste is all over the map in the reviews.  I will stick to Plenavita or Lakanto.
