Does anyone take this for menopause? I went for my physical today and my doctor game me some samples of this gel. I apply it to my thigh once a day. She said it would take about to month to see results. I had a hysterectomy over 8 years ago and I have extreme hot flashes that seem to be getting worse. After the surgery, I was on HRT, but after awhile, was afraid of the long term effects. I also asked about acupuncture and she said she has patients that have tried it and it worked. I will try that if this gel doesn't do the trick.
