On January 6, I decided it's time to change my eating habits. I am consuming somewhere between 1200 to 1500 calories a day. No fried food, fast food. Just healthy meals and healthy snacks. I'm also walking 2 to 3 miles a day. So in almost 8 weeks, I've only lost 6.5 pounds and I don't see where the clothes are fitting any different. Everyone tells me not to get on the scale and it may take time for my body to adjust to the way I'm eating and exercising. A friend made the comment that I may not be eating enough since I am also exercising.
Should I change my exercise routine and do something else beside walking?
I'm frustrated..but not going to quit.
