I suggest you go tp this website..http://www.brendawatson.com/ Read about solutions to digestive problems. She has a program, HOPE, (high fiber, omega 3, probiotics and enzymes.) I have used her products and they're excellent.( I asked my friend at Whole Foods what she thought, she said they are the best!) They are pricey, but well worth it. There is alot of info on her website thats a godsend to people that are suffering.


I try and eat fiber..(fruits,salads, veggies, oatmeal etc daily) and use probiotics 2 times daily besides eating organic yogurt, (I'm addcited, lol) and I also take digestive enzymes. I had trouble taking omega 3..but have added foods that are rich in omega 3. So, once you understand her philosophy, you can form your own plan. I hope this helps! I have been eating this way for some time.(I do fall off the wagon and eat sugar but since adding xylitol, agave or stevia, that helps with the sugar craving!) Don't eat artificial sweeteners!
