You may need a couple depending on your activities. I have one that ties around my head when I work in the yard. I also used a cooling pad in my pillow case....I can't remember when I got it but it really helped.

I think I have the biggest one........12x36. I wear it like a "cowl" around my neck and upper shoulders. Oh yeah......to activate it, I soak it in a basin of water rather than "rinse" it. It seems to "hold the charge" longer that way.
