I have the chair exercise delux. I have several of the old dvds for chair exercise. Trying to find a tried and true complete set that includes exercises for balance and strength.Trying to reorganize and reduce clutter. I have google searched and not sure about some of the product suggestions. Thanks for your help. Southern Bee

You might like the videos called Feeling Fit Club, out of San Diego County, on you tube.  They have standing and sitting exercisers and vary the exercises Monday - Friday.  I think it is geared for seniors but anyone can do them and the workout is pretty good.

@CaChica : Thank you for the suggestion. I will check this out. I do not have a smart tv to do any streaming. I was trying to find a dvd set to view while exercising. Now trying to find something to prop my iPad on and just thought about the pioneer woman cookbook stand that I received Christmas to see if this will work. Southern Bee
