I take Andrew Lessman's vitamins and I alternate with Natures Code from QVC. (Been on AD for years, but I never see them presented any more.) I have some chronic problems, but fortunately almost never get colds or flu. Strongly believe in taking vitamins.

I feel exactly the same as you do about Andrew Lessman's vitamins. His are the ones I take.
For a long time, I felt ambivalent about vitamins, and just took an ordinary one-a-day kind of thing. You often heard that if you ate a reasonable diet, you got your needed nutrients, and vitamins were a waste of money.
Recently though, as I age and have aging problems, I want to make sure I'm getting everything....I realize I can't possibly get everything I need from food, I just don't eat all that much, can't get the variety of fruits and vegetables into my diet.
Also, I find several of the supplements help with arthritis pain...this is not just my imagination.
I opt to take the Lessman vitamins, because from all I see and hear, his products are excellent. Yes, maybe I could get some more inexpensively somewhere, but my thinking is, if I'm going to be spending money at all on these vitamins, they may as well be the best, freshest without fillers and additives that tend to upset the stomach, etc.
Maybe I don't need everything I take, but I can afford it, so I just consider it a form of insurance at this point. You know, when you give your plants the nutrients they need, they grow so much better, and look so much healthier. Same with people.
I love Andrew Lessman!....I feel the same way as you do..I am 75 & have been taking His Vitamins for years, if I miss for a day or so I do notice the difference...I am on my SS...but I feel that they are an investment & I will skimp on some things..but not my Vitamins

@sarahpanda Yes, I take Andrew Lessman's Essential vitamins and other of his supplements, always with food which helps with absorption, so there is no elimination, as you mentioned.

Yes I feel better when I take my vitamins. My doctor thinks they are added health security.

I was in the hospital 4 years ago and I was suprised they saw that I take vitamins and made sure they brought me my vitamins everyday. So their you go they are important. No one eats good everyday. And they are added security in my opinion and my doctors.
