Customer Service / S & H Woes / A-D Nature's Code Vitamins

Please know that I'm not usually overreactive or quick to give my opinion unless I "5-star" like a product or "1-star" dislike it, but tonight, I've got to vent about a couple of things: 1) S&H - I'm fed up with the return s&h policy when QVC's choice/quality of shipping has been slipping as far as I'm concerned. I pay decent shipping prices and expect to receive my package in a timely manner, but now, more times than not, when I track my shipment and find that it's at my local UPS warehouse (yay!) and should be delivered that same day, it's being "handed off" to the local post office which delays my receiving it by 1-2 days! What an aggravation! Why am I paying UPS prices but getting USPS delivery? My mail carrier told me that this is a UPS policy. If that's so, QVC might ought to rethink their shipping vendor. (And then, should I need to return the item, I pay s&h again - ugh!) 2) For YEARS I've been receiving Nature's Code Vitamins for Women Under 50 by a-d. A few months back, when I wasn't taking my vitamins faithfully, I pushed out my next shipment to May. Tonight I went online to have that order processed tomorrow as I am out. I then remembered that I turned 50 on my last birthday (yeah, I know - shouldn't have gotten behind on them so maybe I'd remember how old I am now!). I called QVC.com Customer Service to request that my order be changed to the Women Over 50 choice, and was told that the only way to do that was to cancel my current order and place a new one. WTH? That doesn't even make sense! Besides that, the Women Over 50 option is on waitlist - how does that happen? And QVC would, of course, get another S&H charge out of me to change the order! It may not be much to my pocket book overall to pay that new one time s&h charge, but it's sorry customer service as far as I'm concerned. I'm NOT happy with QVC right now and this has left a really bad taste in my mouth. And 3) on top of it all, the customer service rep copped a real attitude with me and seemed to be pretty indignant that I would be dumbe enough to think I wouldn't have to place a new order for the vitamins just because my age changed, therefore requesting the bump-up in the formulation. I didn't appreciate that at all because I really wasn't rude with her - surprised about having to place a new order, and asked her to clarify that with someone else, which she did, but I didn't deserve her attitude one bit. I've never had a QVC customer service rep talk to me like that. I've enjoyed shopping with QVC for a long time, but I think my shopping habits with them are about to change in a big way!
