Has anyone vacationed in Costa Rica? If so, did you like it?

Yes, I have. I went there two years ago. There are so many fun, active things to do there. And the people are friendly and the food is delicious. Another plus that I wasn't expecting...English is spoken almost everywhere and you can make most purchases in dollars, if you don't get their currency.

Did you see lots of monkeys? That's one of the main reasons I'd like to go!

Manuel Antonio National Park, Tortuga Lodge on the Nicoya Peninsula, Arenal Volcano....so many beautiful places. You should go!

We saw monkeys! We went to three different areas...the monkeys were in the rain forest area, near the Arenal Volcano. But we saw beautiful birds and interesting big lizards, everywhere.
