I was wondering if anyone has tried the Primo beets, Intra Q(co enzyme q 10), and Beauty capsules(hair, skin, nails). I take A. Lessman's Co Q 10 now. I guess it works. I can't say I feel any difference. In the past I've used his biotin but it made my nails very brittle. I was taking it for my hair. My nails already grow long and strong. Never taken beets but love eating them. Would like reviews and or opinions from those of you in the know!😀

I just opened my 2nd 90-day bottle of the Beaute caps. I'm on a/d. I bought them primarily for my hair, but the 1st thing I noticed was the improvement in my nails. When I went to get my haircut, after taking them for about 2 months, my hairdresser said my hair looked better than it had in awhile! I didn't tell her about the caps beforehand, so I was happy that she noticed! With that said, I've had health issues, some of which could cause hair loss (thyroid), & finally had normal lab values, so the improvement could have been due to that. I decided to continue taking them, at this point, partly because I'm afraid of what will happen if I stop! Dr. Dubrow said that it will take half as long to lose the benefits from taking them that it did to receive them! Now that I've written all of this, I don't know if I've helped or not, but that's my experience with them!

Lessman and Dubrows hair skin and nails supp are very similar except Lessman has added pomegranate, and Dubrow has added aloe and collagen, amla,  and resveratrol. Lessman has Vit A, Dubrow does not.
