I started the Belly Fat Cure Diet, and lost 12 pounds cutting out bad carbs and sugar. So now I basically eat good carbs and more fiber at every meal. It is known for causing constipation, though my husband had no issues. I also have Crohns disease. So my doctor says add a fiber supplement. It seems the more fiber I add to my diet, the worse my constipation gets. I'm going maybe every 3-4 days.... Benefiber seemed to have started helping and now I'm doing that twice a day to no avail. I'm eating the fiber foods listed on the internet, and have added in my servings of fruit as well back into my diet without gaining any weight. I don't know what to do. I've emailed my doctor but they usually just suggest drugs? Help! Anything anyone can suggest that really works? I also have a prune every night. Had a bowl of popcorn last night. I'm trying to increase my water intake, but it's hard drinking water all day and having to use the rest room every 5 minutes. Having beans for lunch...help!
