Re: Compression Socks For Venous Leg

Go to Compressionstore.com. They have several things to help putting on compressions socks, depending upon what kind of help you want, The Jobst sock donner looks like something that might help. I found a youtube video that has helped DH putting his on. It involves making a “sock puppet” out of your sock before putting it on. It’s how he does it now.

Re: Compression Socks For Venous Leg

Medicare won’t cover compression socks. Neither will DH’s Medicare advantage plan. He has a prescription. We went to a medical store that sells the compression strength he needs and they are about $100 a pair. Best we have found now are Copper fit ones. They work great since his lymphedema is held at bay if he wears them as prescribed. Costco sells them.
