Oh yes,
I do understand EXACTLY what you meant. Also, with [COMPLEX] there is (usually) Ca associated. AND! Do I refrain ..almost.. now, trying to educate. I speak of the arm chair wanna be physicians.
"just do not do as often anymore" I did wonder how she knew [IT] was complex, though"
Great that you found this before a fistula or worse.
Can you spell? HAAAA! haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! geeze.....?

@NAES1 It was 26 years ago - I don't recall the exact name or how to spell it - and it was immaterial to the point of the post. However on the Q board .....

I once told how very intelligent you are, and that from what YOU print, medically is very close to being A1 correct.
Haaaaaaaaaaaa, was for
THESE others.
Although, A teaching clinical med instructor, I have learned a __lot__ from
you.
I haven't seen you for several weeks, but then...I'm not here that often.

@151949 I have a loved one with an immunosuppressed illness so I asked out of curiosity, since he has been hospitalized numerous times. In fact, he will be back in December for another treatment. If I knew about a contagious bacterial infection I could ask his physician about it.
@NAES1 Since you really didn't know why I asked your post is hurtful and quite frankly it was none of your business.
I am not an armchair physician; I asked a simple question for clarification for personal reasons; thus the ??? marks.
Have a nice evening.

I'm glad this all worked out for you.
A couple of years ago while I was having a test done for something else, the tech found a cyst on my liver. It was described on the report as "simple appearing." It was quite large. After having an ultrasound done on my liver, they found more than one cyst but none of them are anything to worry about.
I do have to have an ultrasound done yearly to make sure there are no changes and this worries me greatly. When I saw a liver specialist, the first thing he asked me was if I had ever been on birth control pills. I told him I had and he said they are finding it very common in women that if they were on BC pills, they are getting liver cysts.

@Lipstickdiva I have had a lot of cysts - kidney, ovarian and now have one on my spleen.Mostly they are no problem.I too was told they are finding women who used BCP are prone to multiple cysts later in life.
