Colts new GM

The Colts have hired Ryan Grigson as general manager. He was director of player personnel in Philadelphia. I don't follow the Eagles much so had never head of him. The article had said that Grigson was responsible for drafting McCoy, Desean Jackson, Babin and other Pro Bowl Eagle players. Not a bad line up. Gardenman, any thoughts about Grigson?
