I've had 3 years and now 5 years. I have mine next week. Last time no polyps, but Dr. still kept me at 5, not back to 10. Your doctor should decide.
Good luck. Sadly, Sometimes I don't think they keep good records. Two years ago, they said I was overdue. I said my five years is 2026. I tried to get an appt in December. No way I was taking a 2 pm appt. - the day after Christmas yet. I've waited 7 months to get an early morning appt. I scheduled this March colonoscopy last August. Crazy.

3 years. If no polyps then, it went to 5 years.
I have 2 brothers and 2 grandparents who had colon cancer. I'm rabid about having my colonoscopies every 5 years.
