Campho-phenique! Apply with a Q-tip. I'm just letting my dry up and go away on it's own. It's so dry, we lick our lips a lot.

I use unpasteurized honey...works well.

I have had them all my life. Abreva works to stop them from spreading. Prescription Zorvirax works but gives me headaches. I am going to try Valtrex to see if I get same results as Zovirax minus the headaches. It's a virus thus no bullet cure.
