Hi, I see that Lessman offers Tru Q 10. If you take this, do you need Co Q 10? Thanks

You probably can find the video on HSN somewhere. Andrew says you don't have to but of course he takes both.

I take his Q 200. Think it's sufficient. It is also fantastic for your gums and other connective tissues.

I have taken both and they are equally good but according to Andrew Lessman....as I listened to him last weekend...the value is just much better on the coQ 10 rather than the true CoQ10... You get a higher potency and much more for the money and as they are just as good..he feels it isn't justified to spend extra unless you find a reason that justifies it to yourself. I take both but will continue with regular CoQ10. From now on. His is very good and his once a year value was exceptional. I hope that wasn't too confusing!
