At 5'1" and 100 lbs (48 yrs. old), a lot of people comment on how thin I am. Relatively speaking, I am, but I haven't worn shorts since my 30s because of the cellulite on my thighs. I didn't have to deal with this in my 20s. How can I get rid of this? I walk about 40 minutes, 5 days per week, but that's not enough to make a dent here. I love carbs and probably eat too many of them.
Is diet / exercise my only option? Anyone have any ideas on how to target the cellulite? Thank you!
