Hard to speculate on what is going on until you get there. But in my experience, knowing is a whole lot better than not. Can you take a friend with you so there is another set of ears to hear the results? Try not to panic yet. Good luck!! And just breathe!!!!!

Ask questions, write everything down on paper, it's hard to remember everything. Good luck to you.

I recently had an issue with Premature Ventricular Contractions. After the same tests you had, my cardiologist was very reassuring. I'm hoping for the best for you.

Around here, doctors call you back in to go over the test results in order to be able to charge for that service. My experience with my husband has been that any cause for alarm was noticed during administration of the test, and we actually talked with the doctor before we left the department. Best wishes to you today.

I've been through many of these things including my 2 heart attacks. My suggestion is not worry about something until you know there is a reason to worry. I know this is easy for me to say but not so easy for some to be able to do. Worrying takes energy and accomplishes nothing except causing more concern.

A Cardiologist wanting to see you does not always denote a negative. Think positive and whatever the issue might be, consider yourself fortunate that you had the testing to find a problem if that is the case.

Pro-action to a heart problem is much better than re-action, as re-action is generally after a person has had cardio event, and that is not a good thing.

Hi: Too bad you had to wait this long for your results. Maybe he just wants to go over your tests. If you have a history of heart problems and you have had some kind of episode that prompted the stress and echo and they still can't find anything, then he might want you to have a catheterization, which will hopefully solve the problem.

Hopefully, things will turn out okay. I hope you come back with good news....Smile

During my CA treatment, I had an annual echo (just because I'm over 50). I've never had a problem, but for some reason the 10/13 echo showed signs of CHF - surprise!! I was put on meds. When I was hospitalized this past April, I was done with treatment and CA free. An echo was done and lo and behold, no CHF!

I was so happy to have been treated properly and the CA treatment side effect was resolved. I was very happy to know everything that was happening with my body. Knowledge is power!

You will be fine. My positive energy is with you. We all care about you and wish you peace.
