hi ladies, I know I've been a slacker lately about posting so, just a quick pop in to check on everyone. Graciesmom, I'll say a prayer for your leg, but thanking God for the clear Ct scan! It's always something. Right?

Im still doing my purge, im making a lot of progress, but I have lots of interruptions.  So I will carry on and finish this, if it kills me!

Mae and GC your both making me laugh. Mae I give you a lot of credit walking into a ballet bar class with a young instrructor. Whatever I do now is going to be senior related. I'mso out fo shape. To think I used to go swimming 5 days a week.

Lord I've been watching the hurricane diaster. Been there done that with Sandy. OK I lost my car but not my home. That was dry. This area looked like a war zone and it was freezing.  These poor people. Off to the Red Cross to donate money when I'm through here.

Miss Goldie good to hear from you. I'm happy all is well. 

Nothing much going on. The contractor called and hopefully we can see him either this week or next to get things rolling.

Jackie, I don't think you said what you are doing to the bathroom?  Gutting it and starting over?  Colors?  Inquiring minds want to know.

You know Maestra is my hero.  She's an exercise nut.  If she really is struggling, I have no doubt she will be leading the class in no time.  I just had a birthday, I'm old.  No way could I keep up with her.  we'd both be stylish though.

Going to see sister tomorrow.  Kinda nervous to go.  I called her Sunday to check her mood.  She called me 9am today.  She wrote down my cell phone number.  She is very resourceful.  She asked a lot of questions about how long she's been there and when she can leave.  I didn't get the phone quick enough this morning.  She left a message.  Hi it's me calling from the home.  I called her back this afternoon, she wanted to talk about same topic as yesterday.  I wonder what got her brain on that topic.  We are going tomorrow.  Have to pickup niece on the way.  I sure hope the social worker is there.

We are experiencing Tropical Storm Irma-rain for a day, we'll be ok, but I dont drive in this stuff. However, DH says he does and would drive me to the gym-ugh.

I thought I had a perfect excuse.

BFF, DH is a trooper.  What a guy.  Hope you had a good workout.  You'll be ready for the instructor this weekend.

Saw sister today.  We got there right before lunch.  Her roommate was actually up and out of the room, so she took us there.  I was finally able to look at her clothes.  The dresser was filled with her clothes.  She didn't know they were hers.  She's been sleeping in her clothes because she didn't know she had nightgowns.  She hasn't been wearing socks because she didn't know she had socks.  She hasn't been wearing underwear because she did know she had underwear.  She really did cut her hair.  She took about an inch or two off the back, just the top layer.  She has thick shoulder length hair.  I think she's gained more weight.  All she talked about was when she was going home.  She had boxes stacked next to her bed, we emptied them.  She doesn't need anything that is like a suitcase.  They said the social worker wasn't available.  Ugggh.
