I was surprised I got away with that comment for as long as I did too---I've seen worse but whatever-----

I think stripy cat will do fine. Will bring something that smells like me----- as you know-------she inhales the very breath I exhale----but would eat me if I were dead  on the ground------  :-)

Was kind of worried about her being away from me for so long but the cat boarding place  is really a nice place and  the peeps ae total cat freaks and there is a vet next door too. I took a couple of my cats to be boarded  and they came home sick so not a fan. She has an appt next month for a blood test so will quiz vets about what I'm going to do.

OK the mouth is all cleaned out so no more bleeps!!!!

bought the Isaac Mizrahi backpack. Had to flip a coin. Couldn't decide on the tan or black. Coin came out for the tan.

Pam I'm sure stripey cat will be fine.

They had a section on the QVC homepage. Shop for the cure or something like that. That's where I saw the backpack

I watched the show for 1/2hr and got disgusted. Slim pickings and they only have 4-500 of everything which is nothing.  They could have done better. But then again they are depending on donations from vendors.

Did I need to pick you up for this shopping venture?  Type Super Saturday in the search bar.  The leftovers will stay out there.  I bought a Josie sampler, Tula sampler, IT eye shadow and a set of the my saint my hero bracelets.  Phew.  Wore me out.

Jackie, I want to go one year.  I am going to come and stay with you.  😀

GC, yes, you know I can't shop without you!  I found the page, but thought there would be  more.

On a different note, yesterday I babysat my daughter's cat and while out on their back patio, I laid in one of those zero gravity loungers.

I swear no one is paying me to say this (I wish), but that night my back and hips did not bother me when sleeping.  I usually have to turn over from side to side dozens of times from hip, back and sciatica, or SI joint pain.  I felt different when I laid in it - no pressure on anything.  Amazing!  Like a trip to the chiropractor!

Just wondered if any of you with these issues have tried this.

Lioness, no I haven't tried one.  I say go get one.  I've seen them and thought I could use a chair like that.  I just have a table set for the patio.

Pam....lol....so you're the one cussin' like a sailor!  I figured it was someone p.o.'d at the treatment of GCR's sister.   Glad you have holiday plans in Oct. to see you bff....gives you something to look forward to and it sounds like you've got a lot of fun things planned. It's so good you have someone like that in your life and that you can see her at least once a year.

Lannie....I don't have a chair like that.  I have seen them and wondered about them.  Are they hard to get out of?  I agree with GCR, get one.  If I were having aches and pains like you described and this seemed to help, I'd be on it like white on rice. You can put a nice throw/blanket/comforter....whatever....fix it up and put inside your house.  If it helped you sleep better and have less pain, I'd do it.  I've often thought I'd like to try one of those upside down things....gravity inversion boards.  They look like fun.

I'm making good headway in yard.  Am now getting excited as everything is coming together and I really like it.  On Aug. 1, 2015, we took a sledgehammer to the inside of the house.....and two years later, the end is in sight.  Can't believe everything that has happened in two years, but I thought I'd never get thru them. Amazing how life just goes on and on.....and suddenly it seems we're on the other side of whatever it is we're going through.

Wishing all a great week ahead.  Can you believe....tomorrow is Aug. 1st?????
