I am just catching up on posts, and I don't know where to start, bow, of course I remember you, I am sooo sorry you are going through this again, I just can not tell you how sad this makes me. But you've been through it before and you will soon be in fighting form again. It will come back to you. You know that I had to fight ovarian cancer twice, when it came back in 2012. It's not easy but it is doable and we will help all we can. We are here to support you and listen and of course say prayers. I'm sorry there's a need for it but I'm glad you posted again. Please keep posting and let us help you . My best ....Goldie

Lannie, so very glad for your good news. I have to say I agree with the others. If it were me, I'd get the thing taken out. When my son was about 13 he had a lipoma on the top of his foot, he'd been stepped on by a big football player anyway the dr removed it in the office, I was watching, and when he took it out, it was covered with blood vessels, it was a pretty scary awful looking thing. Apparently the dr was alarmed too he rushed it to pathology, of course it was benign but it took ten years off my life! Anyway, I'd get it taken out, then forget about it. But the fact it is benign Is for sure a prayer answered. And for that I'm very thankful. ...... Goldie

Hi Bow, I remember you as well (I used to be Kindle but had to start new id). I'm very sorry you're having to deal with a re-occurrence. I had a lumpectomy & radiation in 2013. I wish you all the best as you fight this again. I will be keeping you in my thoughts & prayers. Shugirl

Hi Bow, of course we remember you. OK girlfriend, one step at a time. Don't worry about anything else than getting all of the necessary tests done. When the Dr decides on the proper surgery which I assume will be a mastectomy we'll deal with that. You know we're always here for you so take heart your not alone in any of this.

Bow----so glad you are back!! I swear---these stoopid boobs!!!!!~!~~~ First you have to have all the info from all those tests and scans before you can even begin to figure out what to do. And you know---my mantra is---the more info you have the better!!! I HATE not knowing!! So just breathe for now. Hopefully your appts will be scheduled soon; good thta you like the docs too. I had a mastectomy and it was pretty easy actually. I have to admit that I mourned the loss of it for awhile before and after, but then I remembered that it was not my friend and I wanted it off. I have more to say about that but will wait until you know more.

Just know that we are here for you, girlfriend and we will do all we can. Been thinking about you since as our shugirl (kindle) came back to the fold!!! Kinda like getting the band back together, right!!!!{#emotions_dlg.w00t}

Hi bow! I am relatively new here, but I welcome you back. I'm sorry this nasty disease has come back to haunt you. It is so scary! Please take one day at a time and one test at a time. Don't look ahead or speculate until you have all the test results. Then you and your doctor's will have all the info needed to plan to beat this beast again. Em

Aw, Pam, thank you for saying that! I'm really happy to be back!! There is so much kindness here, I couldn't have gotten through some of my worst days without all of you. Hugs, Shugirl

bow - I have just been thinking about you and how you were doing! I'm sorry to hear your news, but it sounds like your doctors will take good care of it.

One day at a time again, there's so many things thrown at us at first. Ask questions until everything is clear in your mind. These doctors are so good about explaining things to us.

I also had another tumor hanging on to the main one, mine was 2.5 cm + the sidekick and I had what was called a partial mastectomy. Knowing what I do today, I would have had a mastectomy, but here I am 2 years later and doing fine and you will too - we can beat this, we will help you every step of the way. Things will work out.

Thinking and praying for you - thanks for coming back and telling us. Like my youngest son always would tell me "be strong"! You take such good care of yourself and I know that will be to your advantage in the days ahead.

Lannie
