I hope this post is ok.
I have been battling Head and Neck cancer since early 2020.  I still have more surgery to come. Anyway, I want to start a support group in my area for all warriors, family, caregivers and friends.  Eventually I would like to get a 501c.

if anyone likes the idea, please let me know of pros and cons that you can think of.  The group will start as private and go from there.

Thank you so much.

Re: Cancer support groups.

The American Cancer Society has support groups...perhaps you could contact them for assistance in starting a group.

I will for sure to contact them if needed.  I will say that  for the last few years there has been no support for my type of cancer and still isn't. At least in my area.

@Warrior2022 I wish the best for you!! Prayers and thoughts! I, too, just got some pretty shocking news and just had surgery Tuesday. I do not know what is involved with head and neck cancer, but I truly wish you the best! ❤️ 🙏

@Warrior2022 I wish you the best and stay strong and positive.  I am a cancer survivor and support is the best medicine you can get.  I am fortunate to have a great family and friends that helped me thru some rough times.
