I am trying to lose weight and watch what I eat, walking and doing water aerobics and have lost 25 lbs. in a year, put some back on this summer and very discouraged with bloating issues. I am 58, past menopause, recently had a colonoscopy and vaginal ultrasound to rule out any problems but I swear I look 8 months pregnant at times!

Read a lot online about eating too fast, I tried probiotics, mint tea and now going to try dandelion tea. I am making spinach smoothies to up my intake of fruits and veggies, they really keep me regular but wondering if anyone else has this issue and what has worked for you.

I have become very self concious of my protruding abdomen and careful about what I wear. Have an upcoming weddding and did by a Spanx to wear with my straight cut dress but don't want to be self concious all day.
