Greetings everyone!
I was wondering if anyone knows how to calculate the amount of protein, carbs, fats, etc. that one needs in order to get the proper nutrients on a daily basis.
I do know that if you want to reach or maintain a goal weight of 130 pounds then you would need to consume 1,300 calories a day (the number of weight x 10), but is there a way of breaking it down in the way of just exactly how many proteins, carbs, fats, etc. one needs to consume?
Better yet, (wishful thinking, I know), is there an electronic gadget/device that calculates this for you?
TIA for your replies!
