@goldensrbest I gave you very helpful info in my 1st post. You didn't watch both videos?
Yes i did watch, i also watched which supplements he said we should take, the thing is the amount of them he said to take.
Please be careful who you believe in videos.
This guy you watched (Ken Berry) might echo what I believe
but he's a terrible and dangerous 'doctor'.
He has had his license suspended over health issues and a myriad
of other issues like reusing instruments for many, many years.
He's in dire conditions...and will say anything to get people/his followers
to buy his books & support his questionable practice.

I, personally, question this.
It's from our Government who is continually pushing the dairy industry.
Case in point:
"Certain groups of people are more likely than others to have trouble getting enough calcium:
(Vegans)....because they avoid the dairy products that are a major source of calcium in other people’s diets."
Seriously?
Vegans get plenty of calcium through plant based sources.
And I would question the RDA amounts....on how they determined that arbitrary number of 1200mg for Women 51-70.
I can most certainly understand where you are coming from with your post @sidsmom
Those RDAs for calcium are indeed determined by yet another gov agency...a nutrition board... who have most likely had their share of contributions from the various food and dairy associations. So my question for you is...if you question RDAs for any given component, then where else would you go to obtain that sort of (reliable?) data? I would like to know...seriously.

Thanks for circling back.
Other than the tracking of fat/fiber grams & calories on occasion,
I never worry about anything else. I truly believe if one is eating
a low calorie density/high nutritional value diet (WFPB in my case)
and is eating enough calories, you don't have to worry about anything
other than the occasional B12 vitamin.
Even when I ate a r.e.a.l.l.y icky SAD diet of Dominos & Snickers bars😬,
never once did I question 'am I getting enough Vitamin A?'
It was just a non-issue.
There's a popular saying in my PB groups,
"Don't Major in the Minor Things"
So many people worry about getting all these vitamins/minerals IN
their body...when my WOE'g really prevents them from draining OUT.
In this conversation, many are eating a diet which causes the calcium
they are consuming to be eliminated quickly. For instance, milk.
Many drink/eat milk products thinking they are ingesting good,
but those same products are causing damage.
It's like a weird, up-is-down, hamster wheel.
My WOE'g doesn't create a deficient so there's nothing backfill.
Our food choices are so desperately important for our vital well-being.
I wish I would've figured this out when I was younger,
but it's never too late!

@sidsmom , I would be interested in seeing this information. I did a search on him and did not find much except his support for a Keto diet and that his house burned down months after he lost his clinic to a fire. Quite the coincidence. He was also mentioned in another thread about Ubiquinone vs Ubiquinol, and I stated in that thread that he sold supplements which, for me, is a nonstarter since he has a vested interest.

Yeah, the clinic burning...then house burning all within a year is
v.e.r.y 'eyebrow raising'...but the insurance will determine if
any ill intentions were executed.
If you search 'tn.gov ken berry', several court documents pull up.
Sidenote: I wasn't going to say anything, but when his name was
mentioned FIVE times within one thread, I felt like exposing the
illegal practices & license suspension was important.

@sidsmom , I found that article also ,and read it,sure does not sound good.
