Burning belly fat....

I personally see it as a hoax. I've been to way too many seminars and read too many books by world renowned Exercise Physiologist/Sports Med Dieticians and Nutritionists to believe any of this.

What I believe is what I have believed for decades now and that is:

The last place you add weight(belly fat or wherever)will be the first place you will lose it. I've been up and down and in between many different weights over many decades, depending on what sport activity was going on at certain times, and this is exactly how it has worked for me every single time. I am talking as much as 40lbs differences in my weight at times.

Just sayin!

Walking helps to get rid of belly fat. When I started mall walking, just 3 or 4 times a week between 30 to 40 minutes, that really got rid of my belly fat. Of course, you gotta keep doing it!

Just my situation- after I stopped consuming grain, dairy, added salt and added sugar, my stomach deflated like a balloon. I think the concept of "....burning belly fat..." Per say is absolute nonsense, but the results of dietary modification are just sound lifestyle management. My fat was a combination of dreadful eating and extreme stress.

I try & walk 5 days a week doing 3 miles. After 3 or 4 weeks the weight starts to melt around the waist. I lost 3 inches this way, but you have to do a brisk walk.

Maybe ""some"" of the belly-""fat"" could be underlying bloating and/or constipation?

I agree--keep moving on the OUTSIDE to keep you INSIDES moving..if you know what I mean!
