Make your own. Just look at the label to see how unhealthy these breakfast bars are. None of them are healthy for you.

@ID2 Thank you but I would not have a clue how to do it and I found some pretty healthy ones

for the most part, anything in the middle of the store is not healthy.

kind bars are so-so.

easy to find a recipe and make your own.  then u know everything that is in it. and can make them organic.

I understand this probably won't pass muster for a lot of people, but the easiest thing I've found is to buy some 16 oz. reusable translucent round food containers with lids.

I fill these with a cup and a quarter of my chosen cereal, put the lid on and do a week at a time or more.  That leaves me room for milk, oat milk, almond milk or whatever.

I do this because I get cheap Walmart Great Value Bran Flakes that have NO raisins, lots of bran, and lots of fiber without so much sugar as other brands with the hated (by me) raisins.  WM bran flakes have 120 calories/cup; 1 gm fat; 7gm fiber; 6 gm sugar.

Compare to Kellogs Raisin Bran: 190 calories/cup; 1 gm fat; 7 gm fiber; and 17 gm sugar

Anyway, for those maybe how would be interested it is the easiest thing I've found!

@I am still oxox I expected it wouldn't suit you and started my post to that effect.

I thought other people might enjoy a tip.  It is so easy to get up, pop the top off and pour in the milk or whatever. Many of us like to simplify mornings.

Good for you for searching out a breakfast bar with no nuts, peanut butter, cereal, chocolate, milk, sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners.

Care to share what you found?  It would help others in their searches.
