I'd like to thank everyone for their prayers and good wishes.  I filled out all the paperwork for his cremation.  We'll have celebration of life later on.  I did what I thought was best for him since there was no hope for improvement.   The same day my 9 year old bird died earlier in the morning.  Right now I'm trying to deal with our dog.  The dog is feeling the loss but is coming around a little.  He's eating but doesn't want to play.  It will take him time but I think he will be okay.  My neighbors have been great and offered to do anything to help.  One day at a time, tomorrow will be a better day.
