OK, it's just a little thing, granted, but it represents to me putting more thought into taking care of "ME".

I had my mammogram today (finally...4 yrs since my last), and the clinic is an hr away. Plus I wanted to shop while up there, so I packed my little insulated lunch tote with a peeled boiled egg, a small apple, and a bottle of water.

When I got finished with the mammo and shopping, I sat in the car and ate. I was so-so hungry, but if I'd skipped lunch, I'd have come home starving and wolfed down some Oreos or something to take the edge off (and pack the lbs. on).

So, a mini-cheer for me.

Also, what really got me even more motivated: SteinMart has an extremely nice assortment of women's clothing this year for fall/winter! OMG - back to the beautiful suits, really gorgeous fabrics, styles, and many in my color scheme of all black and white.

Of course, as usual they had just a very few items in the Women sizes, and none of those things looked nearly as pretty as the things in Misses size section.
