My former husband, now deceased, bought one at least 15 years ago. It cost far less than the item costs today, but that's pretty common these days. He used it few times - nothing much happened, and it got stood up behind the bedroom door. Last time I saw it, it was still there, but now it's gone. No idea where!

Without full contraction of a muscle, there is no REAL muscle growth. The Bodyblade is ONLY a cardio exercise.

Sorry to burst anyone's bubble.

Please would anyone care to define 'tone'. This is the biggest exercise buzz-word that means absolutely anything. Moving in any kind of way is a good thing...but this tool...like ALL the other gadgets is just that.

Walk more...eat less...and eat BETTER. It's easy. Without all the gadgets.
