Hi everyone,

I would like to find a good tasting, healthy (not too much sugar) protein meal replacement to use when I don't have time to eat a regular meal. It wouldn't hurt if it helped me lose a few pounds too!

I'm considering products like Andrew Lessman Secure powder, SlimFast, Atkins shakes, etc. I would love to hear what you really like (and hate). Any suggestions would be appreciated.
