Hi Everyone,
I have been losing weight and trying to incorporate more exercise into my life. However, since I've gained the shape of my lower leg is just not what it used to be. Is there a particular exercise that works to reshape the calf and even the front of the lower leg? I know this is a very odd question. And I realize that I first must incorporate cardio to get more weight off and that alone should help a lot. But I would love to know if there's anything out there that can really help with reshaping and toning this particular area?
