Barleans Essential Woman

This product was recommended to me from a friend.

I'm 50 and perimenopausal.

Is anyone familiar with this product? The woman that recommended this says it has helped her keep a "balance" and she feels better when taking it.

The taste is not the best, but she raves about it.
