My doctor interprets the lab results that seem to be too high or too low.  She considers my age and medical conditions when she looks at the results.  It is not just computer work.

I will see my PCP tomorrow at 1 PM.  They did rush this for me.

Thinking of you LilacTree today and hoping everything went well. Keep us updated how you are feeling....and I hope all your questions about your lab results were answered.

@Trinity11

Doc explained all results of the two lab tests . . . some tests that were high on the earlier labs (RA doc) were normal on the second one (PCP doc).  Two different labs as well, some have different criteria.  She took a lot of time with me (RA doc had never sent copies of labs to her, so she made copies of mine).

So on the basis of health, my PCP sees no reason not to have the dental work done.  She commented that it's always best to check when there are high/low out of range numbers.  If they remain out of range, then additional tests have to be done.  I will see her again in October, when she will order updated labs.  I was encouraged by the visit.

It sounds like you have a very good doctor. Good to hear that you will be able to proceed with your dental work. Good luck with everything!
