Saw this in spray form presented this morning.  Lots of great reviews but also lots of negative.  It is also sold on Amazon.  Has anyone used this for mostly arthritic pain?  Guess it is worth a try...

My DD and I followed suit began selling "Jordan Naturals" magnesium-based products.

I looked up the Ausutra magnesium oil on A and my opinion is this...

I have never had noticeable pain relief from using magnesium topically 

but then I really wasn't paying attention.

It has helped me to sleep before.

Arthritis pain can just niggle at you can't it?  Yesterday I had to ask someone who was over to open a jar that had been sitting out.  Usually my kitchen strap wrench works.

 

I think the main ingredient is capsicum.  For me these "heat" rubs don't do much.  Could try a cream, which would less messy, to see how you react.
