Hi, couldn't find the previous thread on this, thus started this. Several things, I have been doing Physical Therapy, had so far 4 sessions of the 12 and the first thing the therapist said was to get other shoes, with lots of support, thus this one, that is by Clark and is NON-BENDABLE. Too bad that the Q. primarily has the bendable type but i got this at Zappos and are made in the most outstanding way and cost $90.99.

Also the therapist said that the best way to heal is swimming therapy, which I know from my sister, but in DC that is and hard to find and probably far from where i live.

The other thing I have been recommended is to order Curamin, which contains cumerin and 3 other ingedrients. I found it on Drugstore.com. At this time I take my anti-inflammatory meds. some turmeric and boswellia, and when too much pain tylenol per specialist. I will not have finished my therapy until 2/12 and only then will i take the Curamin, as I want a clear picture of where I am with my knees, w/o this medication. The best Curamin is made by Terry Naturally and there are quite some articles written about this. This was recommended to me by some one who has severe arthritis (in his 80s) and for him this helps greatly.

At home I have abt. 45 min./day of exercises to do, and if i won't do this, then why go to Physical Therapy. Below I have copied the shoes and what they cost. I got them at Zappos and if you put in "search" this name, these come up. They are very supportive, and have accepted I have no choice as i need to work, giving city tours and if I can't do it, I have no income, besides SS., so must do whatever I can do to improve.
