Hi Everyone! Let me join all of you in crazy mode. I have not stopped since last week. Got through a busy work weekend and did nothing yesterday. Bopper- I was glad to hear when I got out of work Sunday night that the race was changed to Monday. Yesterday was my Sunday - I read the paper then watched the race - and it was good. Nope, we did not get snow- I am sorry that you did. We were supposed to but it was a bust. Future- you are very busy! Nomless- another vote for the TG! Patty- how is DS? Mick- are you feeling better? Hi Von! Today I cleaned, laundry and did Squeeze and T25. My friend still hasn'tz started it and the 25 minutes was very inviting! Back to work tomorrow so no workout. But Thursday to be really nice so I am hoping to get out- there is room now with the snow gone to walk the roads.

Hi everyone!

Well today I'm checking in with 30 minutes on the Pilates. Didn't follow any routine, just kind of did my own thing. Waiting for my DH to dig my treadmill out. It's in the basement and I have daughters furniture..... Long story but it's on it's way back to where it belongs, the furniture that is :-)

Spent most of my day with Mother who had to have a heart cath done because Dr. suspected a blockage (9 hours). Good news is there is no blockage. However her heart is not as strong as it should be but he said that is expected because she has had issues for some time now. Did say that medication, exercise and heart healthy diet will help a lot. However because of a problem with her leg exercise is to be very limited. So I have to figure out something that will help her with that. Walking a distance is not an option. Any ideas from you all are welcome and very much appreciated. Ordered her Andrews Omega 3 and thinking of the CholestaCare. Anyone use this?

Tony, how are you liking that T25? I have a copy that a friend gave me but have not tried it yet.

Still patiently waiting for free shipping on TG

Hey all, I had my grocery day today but it didn't take me too long and then came home and ran the neighborhood for 2 miles...now watching baseball on TV.

Sorry to those that are so busy and have a crazy schedule...I applaud you as I don't think I could handle all that.

Von I hope they have free shipping. It's coming back on the air the end of the month. I hope your mom will be OK. MY dad is 87 and lives alone and we take him to appts. too and it isn't always easy because they want their independence too. My dad has a Pace maker we have to have checked every so often and a few other small issues but he does very well for himself. He still cross country skiis and hikes and walks a lot...

Tony glad you were able to watch the race!

We still have lots of snow but the main road in my neighborhood is bare...yard...Not so much LOL

Pppmint how is our little mascot girl doing today...she better be behavin herself Smile

Ok kids back to the ball game!

Morning everyone!

Getting ready to hit the pavement. I thought about going to class again today instead of tomorrow since dh is going to try and come home(he's been out of town) tonight if he finishes up early enough, and is planning on taking tomorrow off...but it's so nice out and I really do like a break in between the torture.

Finished our last all-out on the treadmill yesterday running at 15% incline. I might try starting off with the rowers and weights next time and see if it's easier that way.

And my wrist where I broke it from the bike fall is giving me fits. Honestly, it hurts worse now than when I broke it! I had to do my push-ups and planks on my fists which didn't do me any favors.{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

Anyway, did my spring cleaning yesterday, have someone coming to look at the house today, need to get groceries, trying to nail down our pack-out dates, Lucy ate a Sugar-Free Halls cough-drop so another ER vet trip, internet issues...and so on.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day! Supposed to be our nicest day of the year even though we were only 30* this morning!

Hi, everyone!! Still crazy around here. I had to cover for someone else at work this week, at another hospital, so it's been a little bonkers. I lifted last night and I'm going to spin tonight. Not sure about tmrw. Saturday is lifting, spin, and a LOT of yard work. Also, a play and dinner with a friend. Sunday will be church and REST!!! I need to get moving to get to the gym, but wanted to pop in here. Oh, and the weather is much warmer, but the wind is completely crazy!!!! Adios!

Hi all, today was nicer about 50 , windy but nice. Keep in mind we have no yards yet and about 4 feet still of snow in our yards..but it melted some today...next week highs only around 35.

I kind of hurt my leg, not sure if it was from running outside on pavement or what but I opted to not do any cardio using legs today. I did do a good workout on my TG of upper body and abs and I did get my HR up. I am quite happy as before I couldn't do 20 shoulder presses at level 4 I had to go to level 3 to get 20 and today I did 20 at level 4...that has to tell ya something. My abs are sore too. Did the ab attachment on level 4 and did 3 sets of 20. Tomorrow not sure if I can do lower body or not...I am frankly not sure what's wrong with my lower leg. It's below the knee, so the knee feels fine, but below the knee to the left side...tibia? not sure. But I don't want it worse. I have a knee brace on today. I'll be fine...just have to use good sense.

FUTURE glad you came in today...you sure are busy...I hope you can enjoy your workout!

Pppmint I saw you will get quite warm next week. I think I saw an 80! Too warm for me. I guess this snow isn't so bad LOL

Tony waving to you.

Von how are you doing?

MickD how are you? Glad the treadclimber is fixed..

Waving to all!

Question -- I read where you need to change up your exercise routine throughout the month. I go to the rec center/gym four times a week and work out at home three times a week. I'm changing up my gym routine. What's your experiences with changing up your routines? Thanks in advance...

Awwwm..my post didn't post. Future, I hope you get a nap soon. LOL. Bopper, sorry about your leg, but yea for your work on TG. Patty, Lucy is a pill. Ury, it souns like you're mixing things up with your workouts. I did heavy weights today. I had time for only two sets, but I made them count. I got email that my 21 Day Fix shipped today. Maybe it will help me get a handle on the food side of things.
