MickD I don't think it is that much different in size than your Pilates. I have a pilates too. I keep the Pilates folded up.....I am thinking 7 feet but not positive that's right. Go to the product itself and see if they give dimensions.
OK I looked and it's more like 8 feet when in use...but remember you just pull the pin, lower the column and fold it up if you don't want to leave it out.

Bopper ~ Thanks for the info....I will get this...just wondering if it will be a TSV or no S*H soon.....I can't do running everyday and have to mix it up....

Morning, just came in from snowshoeing the trail. Hard going but a great Cardio workout. I love having 1 day where I break away from the regular routine and just go outside and do something...Can't wait to get my bike out.
MickD I hope you like it as much as I like mine. I ordered the larger squat stand from TG's catalog. I kind of doubt it will be a TSV. Have they ever had free shipping?

Hi everyone.
nomless, thanks for replying on my thread in JR about my gf. What a blow that was. I'm telling you, it kicked me in the gut when I opened that email.
I didn't work-out yesterday, I was way too upset and cried most of the day. I did walk Lucy but we sure weren't doing our usual speed.
Did some weights after running to the trails, saw a lot of deer today...it was beautiful out and just what I needed. No more snow here bopper but I'm ready for spring anyway!
Moving Co. Inspector came this afternoon. Starting to seem real now! Lucy was very rude, I guess she didn't like a man coming in her house when her daddy wasn't home.
Glad everyone is doing so well.

Good morning, everyone. I hope it's a nice day where you are.
I want to give you a report re: 21 Day Fix eating plan. I'm loving it! The containers for measuring make it so simple. I didn't like the food log they provided, so I made my own in Excel. It's so easy. When I eat something, I cross it off on my log, sort of like Simmons' old Deal-A-Meal.
I've stuck to the program to a T for the past 4 days without any cravings of any kind. I'm not even missing refined sugar.
At last, this provides an easy way to eat a balanced diet and know you're getting the right amounts of each food group. Before, I was eating the right stuff, but the balance wasn't right (too many carbs, not enough fruits and veg), and portions were out of whack--some too small, some too big. Using the containers for measuring is so much easier than weighing and then figuring out the cal count.
I know I can do this forever. It's what I've been trying to do and have failed at because other nutrition plans were too complicated. This is simple, simple, simple. I'm so happy I gave this a try.
My assessment: this is a very useful tool. (And, no, I don't have any affiliation with BeachBody.)

Morning, well it quit snowing and we are quite buried but we survive!
Did TG lower body dvd today and it was very good.
Would love to take the trail with Logan but he was so full of snow balls yesterday just from playing in the yard I had to thaw him out for over an hour! He could hardly walk he had such a build up...
Can't wait for all this to be gone.
PPPmint glad your trail run with Lucy gave you some peace and seeing deer and wildlife is relaxing. So sorry for the loss of your dear friend, it does kick you in the gut...prayers your way.
Nomless good job on your program...i am so computer illiterate I don't even know how to do an excel program much less what it is LOL It sounds like a winner. I think my portions of each food group are not right either.

Hi Bopper and everyone else! Not sure where to begin. Patty sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. All I can say is this year so far has been extremely hard for me in so many ways. Because I have so much going on right now, I won't be posting very often but know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers and I do read the board when I can. My work life is in chaos as well as my personal life so I am hanging on to my faith and my sanity as best I can. I need to take time to learn how to deal with all the changes, to lick my wounds, and give myself time to re-group and find my way again.
I promise I will be back at some point on a regular basis, for now will read when I feel up to it, and please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers. While I may not be posting, I am rooting for you on your new eating plans, new exercise routines, new homes, etc.

Patti ~ I am glad you got out for a nice run....you probably needed the stress release....must have been a real shock about Indy. I am so sorry.
Nomless ~ Way to go on the eating plan....sounds like it is a real winner!
Bopper ~ I did 1.5 mi. on the treadclimber and 1 mi. on the treadmill today. Really hope to up my work-outs to 5x/wk.....foot willing....
