Hi everyone and welcome to the new posters!
Today is a wash-out and could freeze tonight and be an icy mess tomorrow. Yesterday morning was beautiful(well, it was 22mph winds and cloudy, but we could get out) so Lucy and I did 5 miles and then I did upper body weights and some yoga...and I'm sore...a good sore.
Today was a mile and a kickboxing work-out with jumping rope and 5 minutes of yoga. Hey, I'm trying...lol! I know 5 minutes isn't much but it's better than nothing and a good start.
Dh went and visited his new command and they have a brand new CrossFit Box(gym) with weight room upstairs! I realize I won't be able to be in there everyday but maybe early on the weekends before any of the guys get in there.
Everyone is doing great! We're in the midst of plans and to-do lists. All the plans we did make have now been changed...lol...oh joy! One step forward, three steps back.

Hi, Patty, it's good to see you. Yea re: the CrossFit gym! I'm smiling at Lucy getting in her miles with you. Sending you lots of good wishes as you plan for the move...ugh, such a big job!

Morning all, well today the sun came out but it was only 12 degrees when I got up. Lots of new snow..and another storm tomorrow.....what can ya do right?
Did some high incline walking today on the treadmill...was going to snow shoe but it's too cold to really enjoy it...so I didn't.
Pppmint hope you can get some plans made...lots of work for sure!

Hi everyone! I feel greaaaat today! Foot pain minimal (a 1 on scale of 10.....foot pain be gone.....broken record, I know....after 3 months it needs to stop....
). Did 1.55 mi./30" on the treadclimber and 1.2 mi./15" on the treadmill.

Morning, waiting on another storm....8-15 inches of new snow on top of what we still have...Don't want to hear about your blossoms and grass please Haha
Checking in with TG Intermediate workout...felt better this time around on it, not so wiped...had to lower a level for some but it was a very good workout.
MickD glad you are on the mend...it's awesome when you feel Fantastic!
Nomless awesome on the heavy weights...that's progress my friend! Experiment with your carbs...
I need to add in some more stretching or yoga type moves also. From what I have read it is a must....I need to find one I can stick with. I start and never can keep it up...I never could get the breathing thing down. I know how important that aspect is too but why do I not give this a fair shot....? I am going to do something about it.
