Sending positive energy to Bopper and trusting all is well.
Inserting HITs - high intensity training in my ongoing workouts. I read to do it for 20 seconds at a time. I'm still sore from Thursday evening. Will work out at the gym again tomorrow morning. Take care -- get out in the sunshine this weekend.

I haven't posted here before. I'm a senior, go to yoga once a week and walk a mile a day. I realized I need to get my heart rate up more and so started Leslie Sansone DVD. It feels good. Wish I had a treadmill but there really is no room in our small home.
