I wasn't even going to post this.....embarassing question but my doctor recommend I start taking this DAILY to help keep my stools soft enough to pass, I struggle with constipation DAILY and have a hard time when/if I do go.
Before you ask, I am Veg - I eat fresh fruit and veggies all day long and take extra flax oil, oats, fiber, PROBIOTICS and I drink about 12 glasses of water a day plus I workout 6 days a week, I just have a slow colon that enjoys being constipated I guess LOL
Anyone try this? do you like it? Does it work well and how long before I start seeing improvements? Will I get bloated?
