"Eat less, move more," on the other hand, will work.


I agree with you both, to a point.

 

I think that it does become more for many at some point than calories in and calories burned, though.

 

It has to do with the types of foods, the times we eat, and how we combine foods that can make weight loss and maintenance a success after a certain point.
