Anyone have Gall Bladder problems/surgery?

Don't know for sure but thinking I had a gall bladder attack last night, it was terrible thought I was dying for a few hours then it went away.

Wondering if anyone has had this treated without surgery?

What can I eat to help this from happening again friend says just eat healthy but read to avoid vegetables, fat, meat , dairy what's left?

Need some advice to keep this from happening again. I know go the doctor but even though I pay over 400.00 month insurance it covers very little, hoping to make it I'm 65 for anything major to happen. That is in 16 months.
