All of you seem to be doing well. OP, don't worry about an occasional set back.

You know, I lost just over a half of pound this past week but it's really really hard when you have a loved one sick, my mom.

In the realm of things, really nothing matters in life unless you have your health.

I just hope everyone who is healthy appreciates the life they have because no money in the world can buy being healthy.

I'm so sorry your mom is ill, nantucket shore. What you said is so true ~ nothing really matters without our health. Just this evening while on the treadmill (and waiting for the hour to be over, lol) I thought to myself how fortunate I am to be able to walk on a treadmill for any amount of time, let alone 60 minutes. The treadmill example is so random, but it does make you think. It's so important to be grateful for what we have...Have a good evening. Smile

Re: Anyone given up already?

Julie...due to unsuccessful surgeries my husband is no longer able to move much...and this was a man who prided himself in his athelic ability. We trained together for many events. I now am so appreciative that I have the choice...we forget that the mundane and what at one time seemed such a chore now becomes a priviledge and joy. I am so grateful that I have the choice to exercise.
