AL came out with a concentrated cinnamon capsule. It's been proven to lower blood sugar levels but I'm wondering if anyone has taken it for inflammation?
While I don't have blood sugar issues, I have an inflammatory disease similar to RA. Already take a healthy dose of Omega 3's and was thinking of adding this. Trying to stay off the NSAIDS as I'm getting 'rebound' when I quit taking them.
Anyone give it a go?
