I refused to take the Actonel that my doctor prescribed for me when she told me that I have osteoporosis. I did a little research and found Doctor's Best Strontium. It's supposed to strengthen bones and there are no awful side effects. The bad thing is, I won't know if it has helped any until next September when I can get another bone scan. Of course, I am also taking (and have been for years) a calcium supplement, Vit D-3, and magneseum.
Anyone that has been taking the strontium and had good results?
